In this gentle yoga class, we will learn breathing techniques to release tension. We will practice simple yoga postures especially fitted to the individual to move the stagnant pool of tension, stress, disease that is held within the body.

About Jessica…
Jessica O’Keefe has been teaching yoga for ten years. Jessica’s classes emphasize easy, slow and conscious movement of breath and body rooted in a calm state of mind. Her greatest influences include Genny Kapuler, Barbara Benagh, Donna Farhi and her 2-year-old son, Isaiah. Jessica has a background in dance, dance therapy, psychology and nutritional counseling. She currently teaches at the Dallas Yoga Center and at her home in Dallas, TX.
